As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I use practical, evidence-based approaches—including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness—to support meaningful, sustainable change. Having worked in the tech startup world, I understand how high-pressure environments can quietly lead to isolation, anxiety, burnout, and persistent sleep challenges.
Asking for help isn’t easy—I truly get that. What I’ve seen time and again is that even the most capable tech professionals can’t (and shouldn’t) manage everything alone.
