As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I use practical, evidence-based approaches—including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness—to support meaningful, sustainable change. Having worked in the tech startup world, I understand how high-pressure environments can quietly lead to isolation, anxiety, burnout, and persistent sleep challenges.
